“I purchased a house from Yellowbird that they had renovated and put on the market. After the purchase, we found out that the previous owner (before Yellowbird bought it) still owed money on the shed in the backyard. The previous owner stopped making payments on the shed and a repossession company came and took it away. I was outraged, It seemed obvious that when I purchased the property the shed was included. Even though this was technically not their fault, Yellowbird took it upon themselves to pay off the previous owner’s debt on the shed so I could get it back. That kind of unnecessary effort of putting the client first in a tough situation is rare now a days. Highly recommend, honest, trustworthy, local, and go out of their way to do the right thing.”
